Panchakarma which include five major procedures Vamana(Therapeutic emesis), Virechana(Therapeutic purgation), Niruha Basti(Therapeutic Cleansing Enema), Anuvasana Basti(Therapeutic Oil Enema), Nasya(Therapeutic Nasal Administration of Medicine) are mainly bio cleansing in nature.
