Ayurveda Day 23/09/2025

Ayurveda Day was celebrated to raise awareness of the importance of Ayurveda in maintaining a healthy, balanced life. The event aimed to encourage people to adopt healthy lifestyles based on Ayurvedic principles.

On this occasion, various activities were organized to highlight the role of Ayurveda in daily life. A tree plantation (Vruksha Ropan) program was also conducted on the same day. Tree plantation symbolizes the close relationship between nature and health, a core concept in Ayurveda. By planting trees, the message of environmental protection and sustainable living was shared with everyone.
